ship items within 2-4 business days (in most cases the next day) to the US and international destinations. I mail domestically with first class which includes domestic tracking.
I cannot be responsible for delivery of items once they have been mailed; time varies greatly with first class postings but generally, most items are received within 3-5 business days within the US.
International packages are mailed with a USPS Customs Declaration number which at this time allows ONLY Canadian buyers to track their packages. All other international purchasers should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Orders going outside the US will ship 1st class USPS and will be insured. Any charges for import other than freight are the responsibility of the buyer. Priority or Express Mail, if requested, would involve an additional freight charge to the buyer.
Here is a calculator for your use to estimate import fees:
I offer a discount on shipping of multiple items to the same address.
Returns and Exchanges
Clothing can only be returned in the same condition as received, unwashed, free from hair or perfume.
Glass is packed very carefully and fully annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln for strength but can still be fragile. It is GLASS. If the item is broken when received, please notify me immediately upon receipt. I handle returns and exchanges myself on a case-by-case basis, but I want my customers to be 100% satisfied with my artwork.
Keep in mind that computer monitors will display colors differently and I cannot guarantee the item will look exactly the same color in person as it does on your monitor. I will do my best to make you happy. Most often I cannot duplicate these one-of-a-kind works of art exactly.
Photos are taken in natural sunlight, and without filters. I try to provide very accurate measurements and a known-sized object (such as a coin) for size reference. But if you’d like to see additional photos, please let me know.
I take great pleasure and pride in creating my jewelry and I want you to be happy with any and all purchases from my shop. Please contact me immediately with any concerns once your package arrives.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact me so we can try to work out any issues. I accept returns within 14 days and will refund your purchase price (minus shipping costs) provided I have received the returned item in its original condition.
I will gladly replace any item that is damaged when received. Depending on the item, I will either ask for its return (I will pay the shipping charges.) or a picture of the damages.
I offer a 100% money back guarantee on stock orders if notified within 7 days of receipt of item. Shipping costs are not included unless the reason for return warrants a total refund. Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of receipt.
I will refund the purchase price when item is returned in a timely fashion and I would expect that the packaging on returns to be done with the same care as when it was sent. Return shipping cost would be the buyer's responsibility.
Packages not received must be reported within 30 days of order date to qualify for a refund. Prior to refund, I will need time to verify non-delivery with the Post Office and allow them to do a search for the missing package. International shipments require more time to investigate due to Post Office policies.
Because these items are all hand-made by me, they are not “perfect”. I believe their individuality, slight variations, and what some might see as “flaws” are what makes them beautiful. The Japanese concept of Wabi-Sabi. I dislike making the same items again and again, therefore, everything I make is one-of-a-kind. I may make similar items in different colors or with slight variations, but I do not make exactly the same item more than once. In fact, most often, I couldn’t even if I wanted to.
I will not sell anything glass that has not been properly annealed or has any sharp or unsafe edges. Glass that has been properly annealed is remarkably strong. I often drop beads on our ceramic tile floor, and they do not break. But if they were to hit the floor at a different angle, they might. I cannot guarantee that glass items will not break. But I have done everything I can to make them unbreakable. My beads go direct from the torch flame to the kiln and are carefully fully annealed.
